Our programs are designed for children aged 6 to 15 years, guiding them through a structured six-step journey focused on physical health, logical thinking, emotional intelligence, reflection and leadership development. At the same time, our wellbeing programs support expecting mothers, new parents and adults seeking balance and renewal.
There is no age limit to learning and self-development. Whether nurturing young minds or promoting wellness for adults, we provide an environment where individuals can truly explore, understand and strengthen themselves — physically, intellectually and emotionally.

About Being You
Being You is dedicated to creating a nurturing and structured environment where children grow from curiosity to leadership. Our six-step learning process focuses on long-term development, helping children evolve from an Interested Child to a Mentor.
We encourage independent thinking by helping children understand the “Why” and “How” behind everything — from physical health and scientific systems to emotional reasoning and social behaviour. Through hands-on workshops, role plays, structured reflection and logical learning methods, children develop:

About Being You Wellbeing
At Being You, we also offer holistic wellbeing programs including prenatal and postnatal sessions, yoga, mindful meditation, sound healing and Tai Chi.
Our prenatal programs prepare mothers for childbirth through strengthening exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation practices and guided support. Postnatal sessions include gentle yoga and sound therapy for new mothers and their newborns up to two years old.
Yoga and mindful meditation help build balance, strength, flexibility and breathing awareness while harmonizing the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing uses therapeutic sounds and instruments to awaken deeper layers of wellbeing and promote total wellness. Tai Chi, often described as meditation in motion, offers a gentle and adaptable practice suitable for individuals across age groups.
These programs are designed to restore balance, recharge energy and promote multidimensional wellbeing.

Our curriculum is built on experiential learning and systematic thinking. We guide children to understand processes, sequences and scientific principles — helping them realize that life itself follows procedures.
Through practical workshops on concepts such as gravity, motion, water cycles, electromagnetism and states of matter, children experience learning rather than memorizing it. Role play and guided emotional understanding further enhance their ability to coexist, collaborate and communicate effectively.
