Prenatal and Postnatal classes
We offer prenatal classes for women, focusing on strengthening muscles while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Our sessions are designed to prepare mothers for childbirth and are led by experienced instructors covering breathing techniques, prenatal yoga, nutrition guidance and relaxation practices to ensure a healthy and positive pregnancy experience.
Our gentle soothing postnatal classes with newborns
Our postnatal sessions are designed for new mothers and their newborn babies up to two years old. These classes include gentle yoga movements and calming sound therapy practices that support recovery, bonding and emotional wellbeing during early parenthood.
Yoga Classes for ALL
Yoga and mindful meditation sessions help build greater balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, posture and breathing awareness. These practices promote harmony between the mind, body and spirit, supporting overall physical and mental wellness for individuals of all fitness levels.
Sound Healing
Sound healing sessions use a combination of therapeutic sounds, music and sound healing instruments to improve multidimensional wellbeing. Through these guided sessions, deeper layers of energy are awakened, promoting relaxation, clarity and total wellness.
Tai Chi Technique
Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi is a gentle mind-body practice that helps in preventing and managing various health concerns. The movements are circular and never forced, keeping muscles relaxed rather than tense. Joints are not fully extended or bent, and connective tissues are not overstretched.
Its adaptable and low-impact nature makes Tai Chi suitable for a wide range of individuals — from those in good physical condition to older adults or those seeking a softer form of movement practice.
